1.±0.01mm process precision at R1 curved surface.
We have succeeded to keep high precision at bottom of curved surface where tool speed is hard to increase, control abrasion and lower the tool cost.
2.No joint of composite R between curved surfaces
At corner small R (0.2R), bottom portion big R(10R), those shape takes longer time to process as tool speed cannot be increased at bottom process.
Also small R at corner, tool size is limited.
Nevertheless we could achieve R0.2 and R10 precision ±0.025.
Further we have achieved joint less processing by one tool makes all.
